It is imperative that leaders within a healthcare organization learn how to work together as a team. Their ability to communicate openly with one another can positively impact patient care. The integration of the hospital into the Piedmont Healthcare system brought new individuals into leadership roles where they needed to learn how to effect change in their departments, as well as build relationships with one another.  By working with Andrea Bowens- Jones, Ph.D., the team has learned how to communicate better with each other and their direct reports. They have built relationships through team building exercises, and gained valuable tools to encourage positive change in the organization's culture. It has been a rewarding experience for the team.
