Inspiring Speaker

Book Dr. Andrea for your next event.

Dr. Andrea, a Ph.D. polymer chemist by training, is a former Procter & Gamble (P&G) Research & Development Director. She has managed  multi–discipline teams of scientists and engineers to drive technology, formulation, and process development for top personal care brands such as Secret, Old Spice, and Gillette. While at P&G, she developed the Resident Scholar Program (RSP), a unique job-shadowing program for minority youth interested in careers in STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math). Her legacy, RSP, has impacted hundreds of minority students who credit their decision to pursue a STEM degree to participation in the program.

After over 15 years, Dr. Andrea left her corporate job to pursue her passion of diversity & inclusion in STEM and professional development. As President/CEO of IDG Vision, LLC and Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, & Trainer, Dr. Andrea inspires, develops, and grows the vision inside of her clients.

Dr. Andrea is an alum of Leadership Rockdale (2017) and recipient of the James P. Culpepper Volunteer of the Year Award for her role in the creation of the WE3 Women’s Conference, sponsored by the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce.  She is also an alum of Women Excel Leadership Program (2009) sponsored by the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce and the recipient of numerous awards for her work engaging youth in STEM.  Dr. Andrea has shared her story of faith and personal growth as a keynote speaker at women’s conferences and as a guest on Atlanta Business Radio X and “About Women in Business” KBCN Voice radio shows and numerous podcasts.

In April 2018, Dr. Andrea launched her e-book, Breathe Again: A Guide to Living a Life of Limitless Possibilities.  Designed to be a 4-part journey in self-discovery and accountability, Breathe Again is for anyone who feels like life has left them gasping for air.  It’s now available on Amazon.
